Salon software that’s free. For good.
No subscription, no per-seat pricing, no contract, and no tier to outgrow. The whole platform is free, permanently — we charge for card processing and for the AI receptionist, and for nothing else.
Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within 24–48 hours.

Free, with nothing in the small print.
Salon software is normally sold as a monthly bill that arrives whether or not February was kind to you, with the useful half of the product waiting behind the next tier up. Avita isn’t sold that way. The platform is free to use, and it stays free.
We make our money the way the rest of the industry does — on card processing when a client pays — and on the AI receptionist and agents for the salons that want them. Everything else is simply included.
No subscription
There is no monthly bill for the platform.
No per-seat pricing
Add every stylist and the front desk. Seats are not a line item.
No tiers
There is no plan above yours holding the feature you need.
No contract
Nothing to sign, no minimum term, no exit fee.
No setup charge
Onboarding, imports, and support are part of it.
One platform, and a place to stand in every part of the shop.
The owner, the front desk, the stylist and the client each get a surface built for where they actually are — all reading and writing the same book.
The calendar, the register, the client book, reports, payroll, and every setting the salon runs on.
Self-service booking, memberships, packages, gift cards, and an account area for the people in your chairs.

The one thing worth paying for.
Every salon loses money to the phone. It rings during a colour service, it rings after close, it rings while you’re shampooing — and the booking goes to whoever picked up instead.
Avita’s AI receptionist answers it. It knows your menu, your hours, and who has an opening — so it books the appointment into the same calendar your front desk is looking at, and hands over to a person when it should.
This is the part of Avita that costs money. The salon software underneath it never does — which means you can run your entire shop on Avita and decide about the AI later, or never.
AI receptionist
Answers calls, books and reschedules against real availability, quotes your prices, and leaves your team a written summary of every conversation.
AI agents
Configurable assistants working inside the salon’s own data — following up on lapsed clients, filling tomorrow’s gaps, and handling the routine messages nobody has time to write.
Both are opt-in per salon and priced separately. Talk to us when you apply and we’ll work out what makes sense for the size of your shop.
Your client book is nobody else’s.
Most multi-tenant software keeps salons apart with a WHERE clause and the hope that every query remembers it. Avita enforces the separation in the database itself, with PostgreSQL row-level security: a query without your salon’s identity attached returns nothing at all, no matter what the application layer asks for.
It is the difference between a rule the code is asked to follow and one the database refuses to break.
Payments in your own name
Every salon on Avita gets its own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record, the money lands in your bank, and if you ever leave, the payment relationship is already yours.
Bring your history with you
Import clients, appointment history, and service menus from Boulevard, Mindbody, Vagaro, Square, or a plain CSV — so switching costs you a weekend, not a client list.
Bring your salon into the light.
Tell us about the shop and we’ll set you up. No card, no contract, and no bill waiting at the end of the month.
